Job Description

Under the direction of the Restaurant Manager, is responsible for the overall operation of the assigned premium clubs.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide leadership, direction, and guidance for all frontline outlet staff
  • Uphold all company policies and procedures
  • Maintain a friendly, positive attitude and a professional demeanor at all times
  • Report for scheduled events on time
  • Fulfill opening and closing duties
  • Ensure frontline staff complete assigned duties to company standards
  • Resolve guest issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure supplies are stocked, work areas are clean, and staff conduct themselves professionally
  • Complete required paperwork
  • Maintain a leadership presence in the dining room, bar, and kitchens
  • Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments
  • Perform tasks assigned by management

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be able to obtain CA Food Handlers Certification
  • Must be able to obtain RBS (alcohol) Certification
  • Must be flexible to work all Angel Stadium events including late nights, weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to work at a fast pace
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Restaurant experience required

  • Must have two (2) to three (3) years’ supervisory experience working in a fast-paced bar, high-end club, or restaurant
  • High school diploma or equivalent
