Job Responsibility:
Oversees premium dining and hospitality areas to ensure an exceptional guest experience
Leads and supports service teams across suites, clubs, and in-seat operations, maintaining high standards of quality, professionalism, and efficiency
Collaborates with culinary and operations teams to ensure smooth event execution, prompt service, and a welcoming environment for all guests
Inputting daily event sheets and daily reports
Assist in staffing, scheduling, training, and counseling of event staff
Work closely with the customer service department to improve customer service in all assigned areas
Complete inventory at assigned locations and input in Yellow Dog inventory program
Must maintain a friendly, positive attitude and a professional demeanor at all times
Ability to interact with guests and staff in order to ensure guest satisfaction
Must have extensive knowledge of food and beverage menu, specials and services offered
Know the layout of the bars, suites, in-seat and restaurant area where you are working
Provide guests with personal service and attention to detail that will exceed expectations
Ability to assure compliance with company service standards, company inventory and cash control procedures
Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within arena
Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training
Follow and encourage your team to follow all safety policies and procedures, including but not limited to looking for and reporting any unsafe work conditions, and complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training
Requirements:
All applicants must be at least 18 years of age
Must have 2 years experience and basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette
Ability to multitask in a fast paced, team orientated setting
Must be able to read, speak and write English Language in order to communicate with guests
Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
Must meet state and city health requirements for food handling and alcoholic beverage service
Ability to work all events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays with open availability for all events scheduled
Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including: constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
Must have two (2) to three (3) years’ supervisory experience working in a fast-paced bar, high-end club, or restaurant
