Job Description

The Premium Sales Rep is responsible for engaging and identifying new development opportunities. This individual will focus on prospecting and garnering new revenue for suites and other premium seating at the new NYCFC stadium. Premium Sales Reps should be results driven, possess an optimistic team-first attitude and a desire to be the best. This role will report to the Sr Director, Sales.

Job Responsibility

  • Engage new development prospects through phone calls, appointment setting and in-person presentations
  • Generate awareness of the new stadium project, educate individuals of the various venue enhancements and secure multi-year, contractually obligated investments
  • Work non-traditional hours including
  • weekends, events, and game-days
  • Reach and exceed individual and team revenue goals

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Effectively communicate with season ticket holders and C-level clients
  • Resourceful, innovative, and forward thinking
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Word and Excel
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Two or more years of related sales experience

  • Proactively communicate with reps to determine how best to approach prospect salons e.g. introductions, ride-alongs, etc
  • Ensure referral partners are set up with correct lead forms and ensure leads are captured through correct processes and tracked
  • Nurture relationships with Referral Partners to generate opportunities
  • Identify Partnership opportunities and events to drive lead and opportunity generation
  • Manage and reconcile all payments to referral partners on a monthly basis
  • Proactively engage with North American Sales and Marketing Teams to execute Partnership events
  • Support North American Brand Partnerships by driving engagement and adoption with salons
