Job Description

As a Partnership Development Manager for the Premium market in Canada, Phorest is looking for a highly motivated and driven sales professional to help grow our already market leading presence and grow our Outbound Sales process.

Job Responsibility

  • Establish partnerships with brands, distributors, business coaches, education companies, service providers for salons, influencers, etc and build relationships with their representatives to generate lead referrals for Phorest
  • Proactively communicate with reps to determine how best to approach prospect salons e.g. introductions, ride-alongs, etc
  • Ensure referral partners are set up with correct lead forms and ensure leads are captured through correct processes and tracked
  • Nurture relationships with Referral Partners to generate opportunities
  • Identify Partnership opportunities and events to drive lead and opportunity generation
  • Manage and reconcile all payments to referral partners on a monthly basis
  • Proactively engage with North American Sales and Marketing Teams to execute Partnership events
  • Support North American Brand Partnerships by driving engagement and adoption with salons

Requirements

  • At least 3 years experience working in sales in a busy SAAS environment
  • 3+ years of experience in the Hair and Beauty industry (an advantage)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a distinct advantage
  • Enjoy building relationships
  • Strong objection handling skills
  • Proactive in keeping in touch with competitor pricing and strategies
  • Growth mindset
  • Excel at multitasking and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be willing to travel to conferences and events
  • Must be willing to spend periods of time on the road working in-person with partners and their teams

  • Knowledge of Salesforce
