Job Description

As Premium Client Manager, you’ll grow our current clientele and drive market expansion and revenue. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you’ll be based in Melbourne on a hybrid model (3 days in-office), with occasional domestic travel. You’ll build and manage high-value relationships, optimise performance, and work closely with sales, marketing, and compliance to ensure scalable, compliant growth.

Job Responsibility

  • Identify sales opportunities where possible – contacting leads via outbound calling/email/seminars
  • Support clients with all queries via phone calls, online chats, emails and face to face meetings
  • Assist internal teams with pricing, reporting, queries and ad-hoc requests
  • Work closely with internal teams
  • Meet monthly sales and KPI targets
  • Sell the product offering and services to both existing and potential clients
  • Provide proactive support and manage, maintain and develop client relationships
  • Live market dealing for both direct and indirect clients
  • Attend external client meetings and sporting / cultural / educational events

Requirements

  • Selling financial products and services with at least four years’ experience in broking and/or derivative sales
  • Financial markets experience and excellent knowledge of CFD’s (desirable)
  • Working within a financial environment such as a busy dealing room
  • Track record of contacts with High Net Worth/Professional trading clients
  • Self-motivated, a proactive approach and ability to work at a consistently high standard
  • Educated to degree level with relevant RG146 certificates

Nice to have

Financial markets experience and excellent knowledge of CFD’s
