Job Description:

Premium Bartenders are responsible for positive guest interactions while accurately mixing and serving beverages to guests and servers in a friendly and efficient manner. The Premium Bartender is responsible to provide exceptional guest service to club members while accurately mixing and serving beverages to guest and servers in a friendly and efficient manner. Premium Bartenders may be assigned to work in the Hall of Fame Clubs or the Legends Suites.

Job Responsibility:

  • Positive guest interactions while accurately mixing and serving beverages to guests and servers in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional guest service to club members
  • May be assigned to work in the Hall of Fame Clubs or the Legends Suites

Requirements:

  • Greet guests, take beverage orders from servers or directly from guests
  • Mix drinks and cocktails according to specifications and recipes
  • Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines as required by Federal, State and Local laws and in compliance with company standards
  • Properly ring in all orders into the POS system
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar and surrounding work area
  • Complete all set-up and breakdown of assigned bar
  • Ensure proper rotation and stocking of beer coolers
  • Complete all reporting paperwork at the end of each event
  • Adhere to all Legends Uniform and Grooming guidelines
