Job Description:

The Premises Officer, under the direct supervision of the Buildings and Facilities Manager and working closely with other members of the Estates Team, is responsible for delivering a professional, customer-focused, and efficient service to support the day-to-day operational needs of Brighton MET College.

Job Responsibility:

  • Delivering a professional, customer-focused, and efficient service to support the day-to-day operational needs of Brighton MET College
  • ensuring college buildings, grounds, and facilities are safe, secure, clean, and fully operational for students, staff, visitors, and external users
  • site security
