Job Description:

Premier Wealth Relationship Manager role within International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB), serving 41 million customers globally including 6.7 million international customers from retail to ultra high net worth individuals. The role focuses on providing borderless banking and world-class wealth management through best-in-class, mobile-first capabilities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work closely with other members of the Wealth Management team to provide holistic solutions to onshore banking premier clients
  • Demonstrate strong ability to self-source and develop new business by actively prospecting for new clients and referrals
  • Leverage existing network to generate New to Bank leads
  • Work closely and collaboratively with wealth corporate account manager to acquire EBS clients
  • Provide premier clients with regular market updates
  • Understand clients' financial needs and recommend appropriate wealth management products
  • Perform market analysis to identify potential client leads and opportunities
  • Provide financial planning and advisory services aligning to clients' needs and investment profile
  • Embark on proactive relationship management to strengthen and deepen relationship with existing customers
  • Understand customers' banking and financial needs and recommend suitable solutions

Requirements:

  • Strong academic qualifications
  • Good understanding in Wealth Management with a proven track record of managing clients' portfolio (Premier banking)
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products
  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills to be able to work individually as well as to collaborate with stakeholders
  • High drive and possess the ability to succeed within a challenging environment
  • Outgoing disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Down to earth and resilient individual with an entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset
  • Ability to work independently and in a strong team environment
  • High drive to excel and be able to thrive within a challenging environment
  • Ability to effectively recognize customers' personal banking and wealth management needs
