Job Description:

Wealth and Personal Banking combines Retail Banking, Wealth Management, and Global Private Banking to serve millions of customers worldwide ranging from individuals and families to ultra-high-net-worth individuals. HSBC offers products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans, mortgages, asset management, insurance, wealth management, and private banking.

Job Responsibility:

To plan, organize, direct, develop, and deliver the Wealth Management services in difference branches in Taiwan
Accountable for achieving ROP sales goal of the respective team for Investment, Insurance, TRB, and CIF
Responsible for growing market share and establishing HSBC as the most preferred bank for Wealth Management business
Ensure efficient operations of the respective PRM team and achieve a high standard of Financial Planning
Develop the PRM in the respective team in terms of job knowledge and demonstration of the bank's core values
Enhance the image of the bank as a leading player in Wealth Management business
Foster a positive sales culture that welcomes changes and challenges and motivates team members
Safeguard the bank from potential losses

Requirements:

College graduate or above
Possess financial service industry experience
Prior experience in a service role is preferred
Must obtain Trust L3, Life Insurance, 人身保險業務員銷售外幣收付非投資型保險商品, 投資型保險商品業務員, SICE/SITE, SPS, Internal Audit & Control and 外匯衍生性商品或衍生性金融商品推介工作經辦及相關管理人員證照, 外匯業務覆核人員、金融市場常識與職業道德、相關證書：高齡客戶投保權益保障之相關課程 (2小時) 研習證明書
