Job Description:

Within International Wealth and Premier Banking, we serve 41 million customers globally, including 6.7 million who are international. Our mission includes helping our customers to take care of their day-to-day finances and to manage, protect and grow their wealth. This role involves being a high calibre professional supporting Relationship Managers, advising clients on wealth management, and identifying business opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct Portfolio Reviews with Relationship Managers
assess product suitability and market and regulatory change impact to products held by clients
identify opportunities and manage risks
improve Relationship Managers’ product specific technical knowledge by effective on-job coaching and training
join Relationship Managers in meeting clients and providing technical advice and input
collect and apply market and channel intelligence to identify and share product competitive gaps, service issues, business opportunities, and challenges with stakeholders
provide technical guidance and support to Relationship Managers
liaise between stakeholders and leadership teams on training and leads programs/initiatives
provide support to Relationship Managers' on increasing and capturing cross sell opportunities
deliver fair outcomes to HSBC Singapore clients

Requirements:

An accredited Degree/Diploma Holder
advance experience relevant as Insurance/Bancassurance Specialist experience, especially in high net-worth products such as Universal Life and have strong knowledge of the investment climate
mature, confident and possesses strong presentation and pitching skills
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
strong passion in training and coaching of insurance products
relevant CMFAS papers: M5, M5A, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, HI
