Wealth and Personal Banking has four key business areas responsible for efficiently bringing the best of HSBC to our clients through a broad and relevant suite of wealth and retail banking capabilities: Asset Management, Global Private Banking & Wealth, HSBC Life, Retail Banking & Strategy and COO & Digital Transformation.
Job Responsibility:
Acquire, develop and retain new Non-Resident Premier Elite Clients via outreach activities & referral sources as well as help clients to articulate their needs, and deliver to exceed client expectations on a personal and professional level
Achieve agreed key performance indicator objectives and profit growth through the development of HSBC Premier Elite client relationships
Increase client loyalty by meeting their needs either directly or through effective and proactive collaboration with other internal business partners
Mobilise the resource to provide best in class service to HSBC Premier Elite clients
Understand and adhere to local and global compliance
Maintain the levels of operational integrity required by HSBC and adhere to the Business Principles and Values of HSBC
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in finance, business or a related discipline
Proven track record in client portfolio management
Expert knowledge in financial planning and wealth products as well as external regulatory framework relevant to wealth management
Strong clients focus and ability to develop long term partnerships with clients
Ability to deliver needs-based solutions through effective communication, influencing, and sales skills
Clear view on how to work with Compliance, Credit & Risk and Internal Control to ensure a balanced risk operating environment
Holder of relevant insurance and investment licenses and compliance with related Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements
Proficient in both English and Chinese. Mandarin, Cantonese and English-speaking skills are advantageous
