Job Description:

Do you have a steady hand, a sharp eye for detail, and a passion for technical perfection? We are looking for a Precision Cleaning Specialist to join our growing team in Belgium. In this role, you aren’t just 'cleaning'—you are the critical guardian of quality for high-end electro-optical technology. As our Cleaning Specialist, you serve as the central hub of our production process. You will be responsible for the meticulous cleaning of metal parts, lenses, and prisms. Because even the tiniest fiber or microscopic dust particle can halt the entire assembly further down the line, your work is the foundation of our success.

Job Responsibility:

  • Precision Cleaning: Operating under a flow box to ensure pure air, removing all micro-particles, dust, and residues from sensitive components
  • Optical Inspection: Using specialized optical equipment to verify that every piece is flawless before it moves to the next stage
  • Delicate Packaging: Assisting in the manual packaging of high-cost items, ensuring they remain protected and pristine
  • Process Ownership: Acting as the 'gatekeeper' for every component, ensuring no contaminated parts enter the assembly phase
  • Adaptability: Managing workflow according to the daily planning and production priorities

Requirements:

  • Exceptionally patient, meticulous, and detail-oriented mindset
  • Excellent manual dexterity for handling small, fragile, and costly components
  • Good level of English to collaborate with international team
  • Availability to start urgently (ideally within 2 to 3 weeks)
  • Comfortable working in an ESD environment (wearing a lab coat and overshoes)
  • Prefer a stable, single-shift day schedule

Nice to have:

Knowledge of French or Dutch
