Job Description:

Are you looking for a stimulating opportunity in the manufacturing & logistics sector? We are currently recruiting a Precision Assembler for temporary mandate, with a strong possibility of extension, for one of our prestigious clients specializing. This role of Component Assembler within the manufacturing & logistics division is ideal for a meticulous individual who wishes to contribute to public safety while developing their technical skills.

Job Responsibility:

  • Read and accurately interpret technical drawings and screen printing on printed circuit boards (PCBs)
  • Perform meticulous soldering of SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and TH (Through-Hole) components
  • Use precision tools and sophisticated measuring devices required for assembly activities
  • Prepare and assemble wire harnesses, cables, and wires according to technical specifications
  • Repair defective electronic parts with high precision
  • Assemble complex units as part of insourcing processes
  • Perform minor touch-ups in accordance with current IPC soldering standards
  • Conduct various high-complexity tests to ensure unit functionality
  • Detect any non-conformities in soldering, component placement, orientation, and polarity

Requirements:

  • Advanced mastery of manual soldering techniques (SMT and Through-Hole)
  • Rigorous ability to analyze technical diagrams and production blueprints
  • Excellent manual dexterity for handling small electronic components
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify polarity or orientation errors
  • Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments
  • Speed of execution while maintaining high quality standards
