Job Description:

As a Precision Assembler you will perform assembly work in a station or line to produce medical devices in an FDA regulated and controlled environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform assembly-type functions, using various hand tools and bench top pneumatic presses consistently at or above production targets
  • Handle and evaluate quality of small parts during manufacturing processes
  • Inform Team Lead of any problems pertaining to production, parts, equipment or processes
  • Operate equipment needed to perform job
  • Adhere to Shop Practices including proper gowning and use of personal protective equipment and following standard work
  • Submit Safety Observations through Safety Program and new Ideas through Ideas Program
  • Update the Hour by Hour Board and complete Pareto charts
  • Meet quality assurance requirements, complete DHRs, and perform Process Monitoring
  • Perform other duties as needed
