As a Precision Assembler you will perform assembly work in a station or line to produce medical devices in an FDA regulated and controlled environment.
Job Responsibility:
Perform assembly-type functions, using various hand tools and bench top pneumatic presses consistently at or above production targets
Handle and evaluate quality of small parts during manufacturing processes
Inform Team Lead of any problems pertaining to production, parts, equipment or processes
Operate equipment needed to perform job
Adhere to Shop Practices including proper gowning and use of personal protective equipment and following standard work
Submit Safety Observations through Safety Program and new Ideas through Ideas Program
Update the Hour by Hour Board and complete Pareto charts
Meet quality assurance requirements, complete DHRs, and perform Process Monitoring
Perform other duties as needed
Requirements:
High school graduate/GED
Previous assembly experience with small parts required

Experience in crimping and gluing small parts
1 year
Ability to perform material replenishment duties
1 year
Ability to perform in-process inspections
1 year
Ability to perform changeover for parts and equipment
1 year
Ability to setup auto baggers and printers for new orders
1 year
