Are you a strategic leader balancing clinical governance with sharp commercial acumen? We are seeking an experienced Precinct Manager to lead a premier co-located seniors living community in Regional Victoria. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, financial health, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth across both our Residential Aged Care facility and Retirement Village. You will lead site managers and a dedicated workforce, acting as the operational anchor for the precinct.
Job Responsibility
Operations & Leadership: Drive day-to-day operational excellence across the precinct, fostering a customer-focused, collaborative team culture
Financial Management: Manage and deliver on agreed budgets. Optimize master rostering to ensure safe staffing while strictly minimizing agency reliance
Compliance & Governance: Ensure absolute alignment with the Aged Care Act 1997, Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC funding, and state Retirement Villages legislation
Growth & Occupancy: Proactively engage prospective customers to drive positive sales outcomes, maximize occupancy, and expand local health networks
Quality Improvement: Chair the site quality committee, oversee incident reporting, manage complaints with empathy, and lead the precinct to successful accreditation.
Requirements
Senior Management Experience: Proven track record in senior operational leadership or multi-site management within Aged Care and/or Retirement Living
Commercial Acumen: Success managing full P&L budgets, optimizing rosters, and driving unit sales/bed occupancy to meet financial targets
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of AN-ACC, Aged Care Accreditation Standards, and contemporary aged care practices
People Leadership: Highly developed HR management skills with a knack for mentoring staff and navigating complex change
Qualifications: Tertiary business qualifications or a current AHPRA Division 1 RN registration are highly desirable.
