Construction Safety (White Card) (30215 QLD - Course in General Safety Induction for the Construction Industry)
Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol Test, Police Check, and a Physical Assessment
Certificate II in Civil Construction or relevant industry experience is highly preferred
Experience and tickets for operating Roller, Loader, and Excavator are highly regarded

Job Responsibility

Asphalt Work: Pothole repair, mill and replace, edge breaks, shoulder rejuvenation, emulsion seals, and paving
Concreting and Drains: Concrete formwork and reinforcement, kerb and channel repairs/replacement, footpath repairs/replacement, concrete pipe laying, precast unit installation (pits, troughs, GPT’s), and storm water drain repair
Other Duties: Line marking operations, signage installation, bus shelter cleaning, road reconstruction, spotting, grade checking, and geofabric application
Parks & Gardens works - Tree maintenance, Landscaping and drainage works, Garden maintenance
