Randstad is seeking motivated individuals for a precast concrete labourer role in Echuca, Victoria. Job Responsibility:

Assisting in all stages of precast concrete production: preparing moulds, steel fixing, welding (training provided!), pouring, and finishing
Safely handling and moving materials
Operating machinery under supervision (full training provided)
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Contributing to the creation of high-quality precast elements for major projects across Australia

Requirements:

Physically fit and enjoy active work
Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn new skills
Team players with a positive attitude
Looking for a long-term career in a supportive environment
A strong work ethic and a genuine willingness to learn
Experience in concreting, civil trades, steel works, precast or welding
Physical fitness and the ability to handle manual tasks
A current White Card (General Construction Induction Card)
A C Class Drivers Licence and reliable transport to commute within the Echuca region
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team
Commitment to safety
Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment and drug & alcohol screening
Full working rights in Australia

Nice to have:

Experience in construction, general labouring, or trades assistance
Manufacturing, production, or factory work
Farming or other physically demanding roles
Concreter's and Bricky labourers
