Job Description:

For a construction company specializing in decorative concrete elements, we are recruiting a formwork carpenter to join the team in Oudenburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-precision formwork based on technical plans. Using both panel saw machines and hand tools, the formwork carpenter ensures perfect assembly and finishing of concrete molds. Work is carried out in a day shift from Monday to Friday (6:30–15:15).

Job Responsibility:

Cutting and shaping formwork materials with machines
Assembling molds using hand tools
Ensuring accurate finishing and adherence to technical specifications
Working collaboratively in a team environment
Following safety procedures strictly
Taking initiative and maintaining a responsible work attitude

Requirements:

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Experience or strong interest in woodworking or formwork
Skilled in using hand tools
Precise and detail-oriented
In possession of a valid B-VCA certificate
Fluent in Dutch
Motivated to learn and grow

Nice to have:

Juniors with technical insight are welcome
