Job Responsibility

  • Coordinating with medical providers regarding the admission of all elective cases and the status of ER-admitted cases
  • Following up with the members regarding their medical inquiries regarding the medical nature of the requested procedure
  • Follow up with medical providers for daily updates on the medical condition and prognosis of admitted cases
  • Follow up with members upon discharge to guide them in the post-acute care phase and discuss with them the instructions for the needed care
  • Applying medical case management principles to achieve a higher level of medical outcomes and patient satisfaction

Requirements

  • BSC in medicine/pharmacy
  • Having a fair medical background
  • Fluent in English, good communication skills & fair medical decision-making skills
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the insurance field or pharmacies
  • Fulfilled governmental obligation
