Job Responsibility

  • Deliver presales training for partners and handhold them in customer engagements
  • Prepare technical proposals, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and address Partner and Customer queries
  • Engage with partners to understand customer requirements and deliver demos and PoCs
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely closure of opportunities
  • Continuously upgrade skills, industry awareness, and networking technology updates

Requirements

  • Work experience with ICT distribution or System Integration companies
  • Exposure to or certifications in Inflow’s networking vendor portfolio solutions
  • Knowledge of routing, switching, wireless, WAN optimization, SD-WAN etc.
  • Ability to train partners, design solutions, and prepare accurate BOMs
  • Hands-on experience to manage training, demos, and PoCs
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and collaboration
  • Minimum 6 years experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or closely related fields

  • Consult with prospective customers on their needs and current existing customers environments and recommend the appropriate Comarch solutions
  • Perform presentations and demonstrations of Comarch software solutions to prospective customers to show how Comarch solutions fulfill the customers’ requirements or needs
  • Cooperate with Production and Implementation Departments in order to conduct extensive demonstrations and prototypes (proof of concept) of the customer solution: requirements definition, coordination, configuration, testing, prototype demonstration
  • Generate and coordinate or participate directly in person in the RFI/RFQ/RFP (RFx) processes (the offer or information preparation process for the customer)
  • Participate in all stages of the RFx process (offer documents preparations, all needed sessions with the customer, solution architecture preparation, solution description, effort estimations and calculations, pricing estimations, supporting negotiations with customer, presentations for the customer (descriptive presentations of products and solutions, demo configurations and presentations, proof of concept presentations)
  • Participate at early stages of implementation projects (solution and architecture concept, analysis) in order to ensure smooth transition of the project from contracting process to implementation
  • Participate in the generic events related to the product (conferences, workshops, working meetings). That means personal presence on the meetings with potential customers and partners during such events, speaking and presentations for bigger audience - preparation and execution, help with preparation of technical content of marketing materials
