Pre Sales System Engineer role at Aruba, an HPE Company, a leading provider of next-generation network access solutions. The role is designed to help some of the largest companies in the world modernize their networks to meet the demands of a digital future, redefining the 'Intelligent Edge' and creating new customer experiences across intelligent spaces and digital workspaces.
Job Responsibility:
Provide technical expertise and support in designing networking solutions aligned to customer business needs
Act as a subject matter expert in domains such as AIOps, Campus (Wired/Wireless), SASE, Data Center, or Routing
Consult customers on end-to-end technical designs during deal pursuits
Deliver customer workshops to create value throughout the sales cycle
Partner with Account Managers and internal stakeholders to translate customer requirements into effective solutions
Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and successful outcomes
Support sales teams with deep product and technology expertise aligned to specific product lines
Requirements:
6–12 years of experience in Networking, Presales, or Solution Engineering roles
Strong expertise in at least one key networking domain (AIOps, Campus, SASE, Data Center, or Routing)
Experience designing end-to-end networking solutions for enterprise customers
Customer-facing experience with the ability to conduct workshops and technical presentations
Ability to solve common to moderately complex technical problems independently
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with sales, technical, and cross-functional teams
Capability to exercise independent judgment and, where needed, guide junior team members
