We are looking for a Pre-Sales Support Associate in Delhi to help promote and support our psychology-related services. This role will involve understanding client needs, preparing tailored proposals, and working closely with the sales team to provide consultative solutions. Job Responsibility:

Provide pre-sales support for psychology-related services
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions based on their requirements
Prepare proposals and presentations for potential clients
Support the sales team with technical expertise and consultative selling
Assist in gathering customer feedback and refining services accordingly

Requirements:

Background in Psychology (Master’s degree or equivalent)
Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex ideas clearly
Experience in a client-facing or support role
Ability to work in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
