Job Responsibility:
Partner with direct sales, partners and larger account teams
participate in customer discovery
probe for and identify additional opportunities for cross-product/solution expansion
investigate, discover, and assess client pain points
articulate and show the customer the value of Atlassian software
deliver compelling value-based demonstrations
lead customer’s technical needs in the sales process
build strong partnerships with account executives
track and document product feedback and competitive intelligence
continuously learn, develop and refine pre-sales knowledge and Atlassian products
Requirements:
2+ years of experience interacting with customers in a pre-sales capacity
excellent communication
strong presentation skills to multi-level audiences
unmatched agility to do what it takes to get the job done

proven track record in building executive relationships with customers

fluent in English
