Following a successful second year, a fast-growing scale-up is expanding its customer function and is looking for a Customer Solution Architect to act as the technical SME alongside its sales teams. This is a unique opportunity to work on large-scale transformation programmes, combining technical expertise with hands-on client engagement. You will become the go-to expert for the organisation’s core products across SaaS and Agentic AI solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Engage with C-level executives, lead discovery calls, and manage customer journeys and technical roadmaps, including product integrations and customisations
Act as the technical SME alongside its sales teams
Work on large-scale transformation programmes, combining technical expertise with hands-on client engagement
Become the go-to expert for the organisation’s core products across SaaS and Agentic AI solutions
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, or similar
Previous experience as a Solution Architect, including involvement in roadmaps, HLD/LLD, and creating Proof of Concepts (POCs)
Strong experience with modern cloud platforms, including Google Cloud, AWS, and Azure
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage directly with enterprise customers
