Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and present customized solution proposals, detailed technical specifications, and proof-of-concept (PoC) demonstrations
  • Ensure that proposed solutions are feasible, aligned with client expectations, and compliant with regulatory standards
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor for potential clients, providing insights into solution benefits, performance, and implementation
  • Address technical objections and complex inquiries from prospective clients with accurate, clear, and persuasive information
  • Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads, develop winning strategies, and drive pre-sales processes
  • Coordinate with the technical, and project management teams to ensure solutions align with the company's product capabilities and roadmap
  • Facilitate seamless handovers to the post-sales and project delivery teams after successful deal closures
  • Lead the development and management of responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotations (RFQs)
  • Ensure that proposal responses are timely, compliant, and position El-Delta competitively

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in Pre-sales management, preferably within the technology, digital payments, or cloud computing industries
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful sales teams
  • Deep knowledge of IT solutions, digital transformation, cloud computing, and software development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical requirements into solutions
  • Proficient in delivering persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to clients
  • Ability to act as a bridge between the sales and technical departments

Nice to have:

Master's degree or equivalent experience in a technical or business discipline is a plus
