Job Description

As a Pre-Sales Operations Intern, you will play a key role in strengthening Wiremind’s enterprise Revenue motion — especially in contexts where tender processes are critical to win deals. You will work at the intersection of Sales, Pre-Sales and Marketing, helping the team scale by better raising awareness of our company among our key targets, by creating stronger competitive intelligence, and by supporting tender execution and documentation.

Job Responsibility

  • Register Wiremind on procurement/supplier platforms used by our target accounts
  • Coordinate the collection of required company documents and information (security, compliance, references, etc.)
  • Create and maintain a structured database of platforms, accounts, credentials, and next steps
  • Build competitor battlecards to support Sales and Pre-Sales positioning
  • Implement innovative monitoring approaches (e.g., automated news digests, competitor alerts, trackers)
  • Create concise internal briefs on competitive moves, messaging and differentiators
  • Support project management of tender responses: timelines, stakeholders, deliverables, follow-ups
  • Organize Q&A cycles and support internal coordination during tender phases
  • Help maintain and update core tender documentation (company deck, product descriptions, compliance/security docs, references)

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in a top engineering or business school (or equivalent)
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Strong written communication skills in English (French is a bonus)
  • Curious and proactive, with an interest in enterprise sales cycles, procurement and tender processes
  • Looking to work in an innovative ecosystem, fostering initiatives and new processes
