As we continue to expand rapidly, we are looking for a Pre-Sales Membership Manager with proven gym pre-sales experience to help launch new centres, drive foundation memberships, and train others to do the same. This role is perfect for someone who has run successful gym pre-sales campaigns and understands how to create urgency, energy and momentum before doors officially open. You won’t just sell memberships, you’ll build the pre-sales machine, create scripts, and coach others to replicate success across multiple locations. This role will start on a casual basis, with a clear and structured pathway into part-time and full-time employment based on performance.
Job Responsibility:
Sell foundation memberships during pre-sales campaigns for new Success Tutoring centres
Drive urgency and excitement leading up to centre openings
Consistently hit and exceed pre-sales membership targets
Create, refine, and optimise pre-sales scripts (calls, walk-ins, follow-ups, objections)
Run training sessions for centre managers and team members on how to execute successful pre-sales
Build repeatable pre-sales frameworks that can be rolled out nationally and internationally
Coach and mentor centre teams on: Selling memberships confidently, Handling objections, Booking appointments and closing sales
Provide feedback, role-plays, and performance improvement guidance
