Job Responsibility

  • Understand client requirements through detailed discovery calls and meetings
  • Prepare and present product demonstrations, technical documentation, and solution proposals
  • Create compelling technical presentations and respond to RFPs (Request for Proposal) /RFI (Request for Information)
  • Act as a technical advisor during the sales cycle to build client confidence
  • Coordinate with internal product and delivery teams to align client expectations with capabilities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements
  • Ensure seamless handover to project delivery teams post-deal closure

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pre-sales or solution architect for International IT markets
  • Proven experience selling to U.S.-based clients
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and client engagement skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions
  • Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) and proposal management tools
  • Technical background (B.Tech/MCA preferred) or strong technical aptitude
