Job Description:

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Pre-Sales Coordinator / Proposal Manager to join our growing SAP Cloud ERP team. This role is key to ensuring smooth coordination, timely delivery, and quality of all proposal-related activities — from RFP responses to internal team alignment. You’ll work closely with our sales, solution architecture, and consulting teams to help turn customer opportunities into winning proposals.

Job Responsibility:

Coordinate the daily workflow of the pre-sales team across multiple opportunities
Manage RFP/RFI processes — deadlines, input collection, and timely delivery of high-quality proposals
Consolidate technical and functional inputs into clear, customer-ready documents
Maintain and improve proposal templates, pricing tools, and knowledge bases
Track proposal metrics, keep CRM data accurate, and ensure compliance with standards and branding
Facilitate smooth handovers from pre-sales to delivery teams
Support sales with pipeline forecasting and contribute to ongoing process improvements

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in pre-sales coordination, proposal management, or project coordination (ideally in IT or consulting)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills — able to manage multiple complex opportunities simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
capable of synthesizing technical input into clear, customer-oriented language
Experience working with RFP management tools, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
A structured, detail-oriented mindset combined with a proactive and collaborative attitude
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines while maintaining quality and consistency

Nice to have:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
Familiarity with SAP, ERP, or enterprise software environments
