We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Consultant (6–8 years) to design customized solutions and deliver compelling proposals for clients in the financial services sector. This role involves collaborating with sales, delivery, and technical teams to understand client needs, perform market and budget analysis, and ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong consulting mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience in solution rather than hands-on development.

  • Develop and present detailed proposals highlighting solution value, capabilities, and outcomes
  • Conduct market research and industry analysis, focusing on financial sector trends and challenges
  • Perform budget and cost analysis to ensure solutions are financially viable and optimized
  • Engage with clients to identify pain points, business needs, and technology requirements
  • Collaborate with sales, delivery, and technical teams to ensure alignment and smooth handover to execution
  • Support end‑to‑end pre-sales activities from requirement gathering to proposal submission

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or delivery roles

  • Experience in market analysis and financial industry understanding
  • Ability to perform budget analysis and cost optimization for client solutions
  • Strong client-facing experience with stakeholder engagement and requirement gathering

  • Ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable solutions
