Job Responsibility

  • Accompanying the extension and market addressing of our loyalty solutions specifically tailored for the mid-market segment
  • Supporting sales teams by acting as a subject matter expert and effectively presenting the solution to potential and existing clients
  • Preparing high-quality responses to RFPs and creating detailed offers
  • Presenting the solution and providing insightful product demonstrations (demos) tailored to specific customer needs and use cases
  • Focusing primarily on the European market, with a potential evolution to provide worldwide support as the team and business expand
  • Stay informed on the latest trends in the loyalty industry and leverage this knowledge to support business growth

Requirements

  • Degree in business, management, marketing, technical studies or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role at a software company (SaaS, MarTech) or consulting company
  • Experience in Loyalty or Customer Experience (CX) programs is essential
  • Solid understanding of the IT sector and business processes
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Proven strong presentation and communication skills, capable of delivering complex information clearly and persuasively to clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player within a global environment
  • Availability and willingness to travel for business trips as required, primarily within Europe

Nice to have

Knowledge of an additional language Dutch is a plus
