We're building a systematic bid qualification pipeline across government and private-sector procurement channels — federal, SLED, international, and commercial. The Pre-Sales team owns the full bid lifecycle: from opportunity discovery and qualification through proposal preparation and submission. Core verticals are Healthcare IT, Construction/Real Estate Tech, and ERP/Enterprise Software. This role sits at the center of that process — turning raw procurement documents into structured, submission-ready proposals.
Job Responsibility
Own bid qualification decisions
Drive proposal content from scratch
Coordinate stakeholder inputs across Tech Lead, Solution Architect, PM, Legal, and HR
Lead early-stage solution visualization
Use AI tools as a primary work layer
Requirements
5+ years as a Business Analyst or PM in software development, consulting, or pre-sales with hands-on RFP/RFI response experience
Able to produce the full range of BA proposal deliverables from raw procurement documents: requirements summaries, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, scope descriptions, and assumptions logs
Strong analytical judgment
Solid understanding of SDLC and how pre-sales work connects to delivery
Daily AI tool user using LLMs for document parsing, requirements extraction, drafting, and research
Upper-Intermediate English or above
Hands-on with prototyping: Figma basics plus experience generating clickable UI concepts via Claude Artifacts, Lovable, Base44, Bolt, or equivalent is a strong plus
