Are you an electronics or mechanical engineer? Do you have previous experience with the installation and maintenance of pre-press systems? Do you want to become part of one of the largest multinational companies in the field of graphic arts a pre-press systems technician? If you are capable of handling multiple responsibilities, with a team spirit and ambition for a career in the industry, then this pre-press systems technician job may be for you!

Job Responsibility:

  • Installation of printing machinery at customer sites
  • Organization of preventive maintenance for printing machinery and printing consumables
  • Communication with customers for technical support
  • Resolution of customer requests regarding problems or malfunctions

Requirements:

  • Degree from TEI/IEK or higher, with a preference for knowledge in electronics engineering
  • Good knowledge of the English Language and PC
  • Travel flexibility
  • Previous experience with the installation and maintenance of pre-press systems
  • Consistency and adaptability
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Provides forth level support to all escalated incidents, requests and identifies the root cause of incidents and problems
  • Shares such knowledge, to resolve issues, documents them, and pushes the knowledge down to other engineers
  • Communicates with other teams and clients for extending support
  • Acts as emergency support contact as needed, for critical client and business-impacting issues
