This onsite position is well suited for someone who enjoys refining existing creative assets, preparing accurate files, and supporting high-quality print output across a range of projects. • Revise layouts, typography, imagery, and graphic elements within existing designs to align with project specifications
  • Inspect digital files for formatting issues, resolution concerns, color inconsistencies, and other production risks before release
  • Organize and prepare assets for commercial print and large-format jobs while maintaining consistency across deliverables
  • Partner with production and internal team members to confirm technical requirements, timelines, and output expectations
  • Resolve file setup problems by applying sound prepress practices and making precise technical corrections
  • Monitor quality throughout the preparation process to help ensure finished materials meet established standards
  • Support multiple active print projects at once while keeping work accurate, organized, and on schedule

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in prepress, graphic production, or a closely related design environment
  • Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and solid proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
  • Demonstrated experience preparing files for commercial printing with a clear understanding of print specifications
  • Familiarity with prepress workflows, file setup, and production processes for accurate output
  • Strong eye for detail with the ability to identify and correct technical or layout issues efficiently
  • Ability to manage work independently while collaborating effectively within a small onsite team
