Join our dynamic team in Sydney as Pre, Post & Overland Executive to create and shape lasting memories by developing exciting land programs showcasing iconic parts of Australia. Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services provides cruise ship handling services worldwide. This Sydney-based role entails working closely with cruise lines and their clients on daily operations, with potential opportunities for domestic travel.
Job Responsibility:
Creating exciting multi day programs promoting Australia
Preparation of financial and content proposals according to client specifications & deadlines
Achieve attractive margins on programs whilst understanding the market dynamics in the region
Work with the Supply team to discuss and develop ideas for Pre and Post, Overland programs
Working with the Commercial Development team to grow the programs through client relationships and identifying growth opportunities
Work with the Pre, Post & Overland’s Operations teams to ensure correct alignment between proposed and delivered services
Ownership of communication and relationships with stakeholders, including cruise lines.
Requirements:
Have a strong knowledge of Australian Geography
Previous experience in travel/tourism is highly advantageous and knowledge of multi day touring is desirable
Excellent organisational skills and ability to work in a dynamic and demanding environment
Good time management and the ability to work to deadlines
Good team player
The ability to use MS Office tools such as Excel, Teams, One Note & Outlook to high standards
Is comfortable leading change and resilient to ambiguity or setbacks
Solve problems independently and/or make suggestions how to improve ways of working
A genuinely helpful, flexible, and professional personality
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
The ability to travel if required.

Knowledge of multi day touring
Previous experience in travel/tourism.
