Job Responsibility:

  • Provide Outstanding Care: Assess mental health diagnoses, create treatment plans, and use creative interventions to support clients
  • Maintain a Caseload: Manage approximately 15 clients per week, providing consistent, quality care
  • Complete Clinical Documentation: Submit session notes, treatment plans, and case reviews promptly and accurately
  • Collaborate with a Team: Work closely with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure client success
  • Contribute to Our Mission: Participate in team meetings, training, and collaborate with Ellie staff to break down mental health barriers

Requirements:

  • Pre Licensed Mental Health Professional (ALC, LMSW, LMFTA) OR someone close to obtaining full licensure
  • Experience with therapy services, community resources, and mental health documentation
  • Ability to complete DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes efficiently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience is a plus)
  • Clinicians who are credentialed with insurance panels are preferred but not required
