Our internship program is designed to give you a comprehensive head start in your career. You'll work on meaningful projects, receive one-on-one mentorship from industry experts, and gain hands-on experience that goes beyond the classroom. The program is built to support your professional growth and help you forge valuable connections within the Crusoe team and beyond. You aren’t just observing from the sidelines; you’ll be an embedded member of the global onboarding team, you’ll balance strategy with execution, partner with leaders, key stakeholders, and subject matter experts to lead specific initiatives. This is a 12-week in-person program based in our San Francisco office.
Job Responsibility:
Project Documentation: Maintain essential artifacts such as project charters, engineering/construction documents, RACI matrices pert project, and meeting minutes
Scheduling & Tracking: Assist the Pre-Con PM's in developing timelines, tracking milestones, and updating project schedules and collaborating with Program and Project scheduling teams
Communication & Coordination: Schedule meetings, facilitate cross-functional discussions, and provide status updates to stakeholders. Generate and track meeting minutes
Weekly Reporting: Assist in preparing progress reports, project health dashboards, and presentations for leadership
Risk Management: Help identify potential bottlenecks or risks and support the development of mitigation strategies
Budget Support: Track project expenditures and assist with financial expenditure reports
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or Information Technology, with an expected graduation date between Fall 2026 and Spring 2027
Foundational knowledge of frameworks like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall is highly advantageous
Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with project management software
Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and excellent verbal/written communication
Must be able to intern during one of the following periods: May 18, 2026 – August 7, 2026
June 1, 2026 – August 21, 2026
June 15, 2026 – September 4, 2026
What we offer:
Compensation will be $1,445/per week, one-time housing stipend
