Job Description:

This role is critical in supporting the journey from signed contract through to site start. If you enjoy coordination, documentation, and working across multiple teams to deliver great customer outcomes, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in residential construction.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support pre-construction workflows from contract to construction readiness
  • Prepare and manage documentation including contracts, variations and approvals
  • Coordinate with Sales, Drafting, Estimating, Permits and Construction teams
  • Track job progress and follow up outstanding items to meet build timelines
  • Maintain accurate records across internal systems
  • Assist with customer correspondence and internal handovers
  • Ensure compliance with processes and documentation standards
  • Identify opportunities to improve administration workflows

Requirements:

  • Experience in administration or coordination (construction/property preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple files and competing deadlines
  • Confident communication skills with internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/build systems
  • A proactive, team-focused approach
  • Genuine interest in residential construction
  • Experience in pre-construction, contracts administration, or home building is highly regarded
