The ideal candidate must have prior experience in guest pre-arrival communication, including itinerary coordination and personalized outreach, as well as the ability to curate and facilitate guest experience activities that enhance engagement and satisfaction. Working collaboratively with other departments, the Guest Experience Associate ensures seamless operations and memorable experiences for every guest.
