Job Description

Senior, commercially focused role responsible for driving growth, engagement and revenue across the Central & Capital regions, while also leading and developing a distributed Practitioner Success team based in Hawke’s Bay and remotely across New Zealand. This role has a strong territory ownership focus. While team leadership remains a core responsibility, success is driven by growing practitioner usage, increasing adoption and expanding the value of the territory through hands-on practitioner engagement. It plays a critical role in accelerating growth as the business scales, combining people leadership with clear accountability for regional performance, practitioner outcomes and commercial impact.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and grow practitioner relationships, engagement and revenue across the Central & Capital territory, with clear accountability for regional performance
  • Lead, coach and develop the Practitioner Success team, setting clear expectations around activity, performance and growth contribution
  • Actively drive practitioner adoption, usage and retention of services, identifying opportunities to expand relationships and increase long-term value
  • Work closely with the General Manager on forecasting, territory optimisation and growth initiatives
  • Maintain a strong market presence through regular practitioner visits, events, education sessions and conferences throughout the year
  • Support complex accounts and escalations, ensuring a high-quality and consistent practitioner experience
  • Use data, insights and feedback to inform decisions, improve performance and maximise territory impact

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales-led, practitioner-facing or customer success role with clear territory ownership
  • Background in a wellness, health, FMCG or practitioner-led brand highly regarded
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and motivate teams while maintaining personal commercial accountability
  • Comfortable being hands-on in market while guiding and uplifting a wider team
  • Strong commercial mindset with a focus on growth, usage, adoption and long-term value creation
  • Confident communicator who builds trust with practitioners and internal stakeholders
  • Based in Hawke’s Bay or Wellington, with the ability to travel regularly
  • Enjoys being visible in the market and actively participating in events
