My client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Practice Specialist – DAAI to drive growth in Data, Analytics, and AI services. This role focuses on leading strategic sales initiatives, shaping large deals, and delivering innovative solutions that support clients’ digital transformation journeys.
Job Responsibility
Drive end-to-end sales lifecycle including opportunity identification, qualification, solutioning, and deal closure
Manage large, complex, multi-million-dollar deals across global clients
Develop and execute account and client engagement strategies to expand business opportunities
Lead proposal development, RFP responses, and deal shaping activities
Apply design thinking methodologies to craft tailored Data, Analytics & AI solutions
Own pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue targets
Conduct competitive positioning and market analysis
Develop commercial models, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including consulting, delivery, and engineering
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (MBA or equivalent preferred)
8+ years of experience in IT Services / Consulting with focus on Data, Analytics & AI
Proven track record in sales, deal closure, and revenue growth
