Job Description:

The House Calls Practice Manager leads market operations in providing the best patient care and a great place to work. Practice Managers oversee both clinical and non-clinical duties, support operational initiatives, drive teams towards achieving patient satisfaction and clinical outcome measures, and ensure the market runs smoothly on a daily basis. The role includes staff management, market operations oversight, leadership, and supporting a positive culture. Additional duties may include operational initiative implementation, root cause assessments, performance reviews, and advocacy for program growth.

Job Responsibility:

Hire, train, supervise, coach, mentor and manage a multi-disciplinary team
ensure the market is a Great Place to Work and teams are engaged and thriving, building a culture of engagement
ensure teams are providing great clinical care to high frailty patients according to pathways
ensure teams are providing an Unmatched Patient Experience
ensure market operations are running smoothly and safely on a daily basis
drive results for patients through preventive care
lead the implementation of operational initiatives
assess and address root causes when goals are not reached
use proprietary software and reporting systems to monitor workflows
build dyad relationship with Medical Director to lead the market
build relationships with care teams and communicate opportunities for improvement
cascade programmatic information to care teams and escalate concerns
support a positive culture of joy in practice
advocate for program, care teams, and patients
lead and drive cross-market projects

Requirements:

2 or more years of experience in a supervisory role
proficient PC skills
US work authorization

Nice to have:

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
5 or more years of experience in a supervisory role within a clinical setting
experience with Google Suite
experience successfully driving teams towards achievement of metrics
