Practice Manager

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring a clean, well-equipped, and welcoming environment
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage rostering within targeted hours, complete payroll and end of month financial reporting requirements
• Assist in the recruitment of new staff including
• onboarding and performance development/management of staff
• Provide support to team members through identifying skill gaps and career pathways
• Maintain compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and quality standards
• Ensure all WH&S requirements are met and risks are managed effectively
