Job Responsibility:
Manage and oversee all administrative and operational aspects of the medical practice
Support administrative staff, including receptionists, medical billers, and office assistants
Develop and implement office policies and procedures to optimise efficiency and productivity
Coordinate scheduling, appointments, and patient flow to minimise wait times and ensure timely delivery of care
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development
Collaborate with healthcare providers and support staff to address any operational issues and improve patient care delivery
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Practice Manager, Medical Receptionists, Medical Admin or similar role in a healthcare setting
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail
Proficient in medical billing and experience using a medical software e.g. genie or best practice
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
