We are seeking a motivated Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations, financial management, and strategic development of a high-performing, patient-centred GP practice serving ~9,500 patients. This senior leadership role involves managing staff, budgets, premises, IT systems, HR, and ensuring compliance with NHS and CQC standards.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee daily operations, finance, HR, premises, and IT
Lead service development, change management, and strategic planning
Ensure clinical governance, risk management, and compliance
Manage communications with staff, patients, Partners, and external bodies
Support GP Partners in governance, contracts, and workforce planning
