Job Responsibility

  • Handles inquiries from Doctors' Offices and medical centers via face-to-face, virtual, phone, and e-mail
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with healthcare providers, physician practices, and other relevant stakeholders by acting as a trusted point of contact, fostering positive and productive relationships
  • Ensures compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies when interacting with healthcare providers
  • Collaborates with internal teams to resolve issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high provider satisfaction
  • Monitors and evaluates the performance of relationships with healthcare providers by collecting feedback, analyzing metrics, and identifying areas for improvement or additional support
  • Conducts market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities for collaboration or business growth
  • Manages and tracks referrals from healthcare providers to the organization to optimize the referral process and ensure timely follow-up on referrals
  • Provides training and support to ensure providers are knowledgeable about new developments, policies, or procedures
  • Coordinates meetings, conferences, or events to promote dialogue and information sharing to facilitate communication and collaboration between the organization and healthcare providers
  • Prepares regular reports summarizing relationship management activities, market trends, and business development efforts

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in relevant field
  • Must possess a valid and current driver's license
  • Must possess personal vehicle sufficiently reliable to meet program requirements
  • Must be fluent in both English and Spanish

Nice to have

  • Previous experience working in a complex disease state is optimal
  • Knowledge of Oncology, MS, Pulmonary Hypertension / IPF, and Autoimmune therapy lines
  • Familiar with medical documentation for insurance reimbursement
