Job Description:

Thera East Midlands has an exciting opportunity available for a Practice Leader to join our team based in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire. You will join us on a permanent basis with Full Time hours available. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £26,436.45 Per annum.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Do you hold a Full UK Driving Licence?
  • Experience with Manuel Handling is preferred but we are open to candidates who work towards the specialism or willing to learn.
  • Experience supporting people with learning disabilities.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding, health and safety, and care regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, organisational, and decision-making skills.
  • Confidence in using digital systems (e.g. Excel, care planning software).
  • Flexible working hours, willingness to travel locally and work across multiple locations.

Nice to have:

Experience with Manuel Handling is preferred but we are open to candidates who work towards the specialism or willing to learn.
