This role provides both practice and thought leadership, driving the identification, development, and implementation of contemporary best?practice approaches to service delivery for people with a lived experience of disability. You will also play a critical role in fostering a strong culture of learning and professional development, while leading the development of an outcomes framework across Home and Community services to ensure meaningful, measurable results for the people we support.
Job Responsibility:
Identify and manage organisational risks in line with Endeavour Foundation’s risk framework, ensuring governance and reporting processes are embedded and effective
Champion a culture of person?centred practice, placing the people we support and their families, carers and guardians at the forefront of every decision
Provide clear leadership, specialist advice, and practice direction to the Practice Quality and Impact team, modelling behaviours aligned with our leadership framework
Build and maintain strong internal and external partnerships across Customer Safeguarding, Complex Support, and Quality and Impact
Demonstrate a deep understanding of contemporary best?practice approaches, models and frameworks that support people with a lived experience of disability
Develop and implement innovative practice solutions that uplift experience, outcomes, and capability across the organisation
Drive initiatives that promote an inclusive, positive, and learning?focused work culture, championing education, research, and workforce development
Advocate for the application of human rights, including the right to live free from abuse, neglect and exploitation, and the right to exercise choice and control
Collaborate across teams to design and implement an organisation?wide outcomes framework for Home and Community services
Support strong financial stewardship within the Practice Quality and Impact team, aligned to budget requirements and guidance from the Head of Quality, Practice and Impact
Requirements:
A relevant undergraduate qualification (e.g. Social Sciences, Psychology, Social Work, Human Services) and/or equivalent experience (minimum five years)
Proven experience in practice leadership, including coaching teams, driving service improvement, and applying evidence?based approaches
Strong knowledge of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, clinical governance principles, and compliance requirements
Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and navigate sensitive issues
Strong project coordination and problem?solving capability, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
A demonstrated commitment to human rights, person?centred practice, and the values of inclusion, dignity, and choice for people with disability
Ability to obtain a Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Criminal History Check
