Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
10+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation and administration with at least 5 years in an architectural leadership role
Proven track record of developing and executing ServiceNow strategies and roadmaps at scale
Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, ITAM) and integrations
Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF), ITIL methodology, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
