Job Responsibility:
Self-Sourced Growth: Independently identify, engage, and convert new healthcare practice clients
Expansive COI Network: Develop and maintain a broad network of Centers of Influence to generate a steady pipeline of new business
Partnership: Collaborate with local Healthcare Relationship Managers in your territory to ensure a seamless client experience
Tailored Solutions: Deliver customized financial products and services that meet client needs and drive long-term loyalty
Requirements:
Typically has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Typically has seven plus years of direct experience in practice financing with proven success
Entrepreneurial Drive: Proven ability to self-source business and execute growth strategies independently
Influence & Connectivity: Strong networking skills and the ability to cultivate high-value COI relationships
Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of healthcare practice financing, secured lending, and credit analysis
Sales & Negotiation Skills: Ability to close complex deals and provide insights that influence decision-making
Executive Presence: Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage clients and referral sources with confidence
